long wait faulty phone
the gym was adequately equipped for a basic workout.
I waited forever for room service. It took over AN hour just for a simple salad. the phone in my room didn't work, and i had to physically go downstairs to reception EACH time i needed something. housekeeping completely missed cleaning my room ONE day despite my request.
